Return Period
Returns or exchanges can be requested within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
In other words, you have 30 days from delivery to decide whether to keep the item or request a return.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, returned items should be in their original condition:
- Not used or altered
- With any original tags or packaging still in place
- Without visible wear, damage, or signs of use
We accept returns in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after receiving the item
- The item is not defective but no longer needed
- The item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue
The following types of items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Personal care or hygiene-related items once opened
- Clearance or final sale items
- Digital products (if applicable)
How to Start a Return

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions. For approved requests, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided so you can send the item back without arranging shipping yourself.

Return Shipping Fees
We offer free returns and free exchanges on eligible items.
Once approved, return shipping is covered by us.
Refund Processing
After the returned item arrives and is checked, refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange an item instead of receiving a refund, you can mention this when contacting us. We can arrange a replacement based on product availability.
Special Situations
If a return package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us with any available details such as tracking information or photos. We will review the case and work with you on a reasonable solution based on the situation.
