Shipping policy
This page explains how orders placed with Xionly Lab are processed, shipped, and delivered. The details below reflect our current fulfillment setup and are intended to give a clear, realistic expectation of timelines and service.
Order Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing time.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) are queued for the next business day.
Shipping Area & Estimated Delivery Time
We currently ship within the United States only. Orders with delivery addresses outside the U.S. are not accepted at this time.
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the destination and carrier.
Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimated and may vary slightly in practice.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on orders over $40
- $4.99 flat shipping fee for orders between $0 – $39.99
- No additional handling or hidden charges are added at checkout
Carriers & Tracking
Orders are shipped using available carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, SF Express, or 4PX, depending on logistics arrangements and delivery location.
Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent by email. If you created an account, tracking details may also be available there.
Restricted Areas
At present, we do not ship to locations outside the United States.
Delays & Unexpected Issues
Delivery times can be affected by factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, or temporary carrier delays. If there is a noticeable delay, we will try to keep you informed based on the information available to us.
If your package is lost or arrives with significant damage, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can review the situation and assist.
Local Pickup & Other Options
We do not offer local pickup, in-store collection, or same-day delivery. All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
